Renee Brown, LCSW, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vantage Point Hospital, where she leads with a deep commitment to compassionate care, community partnership, and strengthening access to behavioral health services in Northwest Arkansas.
With more than 18 years of experience as a clinician and healthcare leader, Renee brings a unique blend of operational expertise and heartfelt dedication to the patients and families the hospital serves.
Renee began her career providing direct care to veterans, hospital patients, and individuals facing trauma and mental health challenges—experiences that continue to shape her leadership approach. She believes that every person who walks through the doors of Vantage Point deserves respect, dignity, and evidence-based care delivered by a team that truly listens.
Before becoming CEO, Renee held several leadership roles at Vantage Point, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Clinical Services. She played a central role in strengthening patient safety, enhancing clinical programming, expanding access to services, and building collaborative relationships with community partners.
Today, Renee is focused on ensuring that Vantage Point remains a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking support, hope, and healing. She is passionate about expanding mental health services throughout the region and supporting the dedicated staff who make high-quality care possible every day.
