Lara Cato, LMSW
Director of Intensive Outpatient Programming
Lara brings a wealth of experience to our team, having worked in a variety of roles across several respected organizations in our community including Springwoods, Community Clinic, Willow Creek, and Washington Regional. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective that will be a tremendous asset to our patients and hospital.
Before entering the field of social work, Lara had a successful career in human resources, making her a second-career social worker with a unique blend of clinical insight and organizational expertise.
Outside of her professional work, Lara is actively involved in supporting the Center for Sexual Assault and Olivia’s Basket. She is also a mom to two teenagers (and one dog) and a longtime yoga teacher at the Fayetteville Athletic Club.
