Dara Dossett
Director of Business Development
Dara Dossett is an accomplished business development leader with over a decade of experience in healthcare marketing and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Vantage Point of NWA, Dara was promoted into the role in January 2025 after making a significant impact as Business Development Manager. In her leadership, she continues to drive growth initiatives, strengthen referral networks, and expand access to behavioral health services across the region.
Dara’s background spans long-term care, home health, and behavioral health, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare continuum. Before moving into business development, she worked directly with patients and clients as direct care staff in inpatient psychiatric settings and with adults with developmental disabilities. She also served as a case manager and later as a facility director for a group home supporting foster care children—roles that built the foundation for her deep empathy, operational insight, and strategic mindset.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and brings a unique combination of clinical understanding and marketing expertise to her work. Dara is known for her collaborative leadership style, passion for community partnerships, and unwavering commitment to improving access to quality care.
