Brandon Albright, MSOM, CHFM, CHC
Director of Plant Operations
My name is Brandon Albright and I am the Plant Operations Director in Northwest Arkansas for Acadia Healthcare. I joined Acadia Healthcare in 2016 and am very excited to be a part of one of the best psychiatric treatment providers in the industry. Acadia Healthcare operates Vantage Point of Northwest Arkansas; an acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital, Piney Ridge Center; a psychiatric residential treatment center and Ridgeview Group Home for boys.
I have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2008 where I started my career in healthcare in Fayetteville at a psychiatric treatment hospital, assisting with the opening of the facility and setup of the support services operations. Since that time, I have worked in several different operational capacities covering Support Services and hospital operations. With this came some exciting experiences working at state operated Veteran’s Home facilities, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Northwest Health System and a brief support role for Kansas Spine and Specialty Surgery Center in Wichita. I have over ten years of experience in the healthcare field and 12 in management positions, all in an operations capacity.
My background education is rather diverse, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a focus in Psychology. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2010 and also carry a Certified Dietary Manager license allowing me to offer additional support for hospital and healthcare food service operations. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the Bell School of Engineering at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2020 with a Graduate Certificates in both Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
I am passionate about what I do and I love the field! It is never the same day twice and is always challenging, allowing for exciting and creative methods to solve operational needs and affect positive outcomes for patients across Northwest Arkansas. I bring a high energy level to what I do, strive for operational excellence and encourage collaboration to reach great outcomes and provide a high reliability operation for staff and patients! When people entrust their care to me, it is my pleasure to give them my best each and every day!
